bought for 11.6 ACER aspire 1410 and noted past reviews say it fits great... NOT true beware..CASE WAS .5 TO 1" LOOSE ON ALL SIDES, TOO BIG...

I bought this for use with an Acer 1410 notebook. As others mentioned, it is larger than the notebook, but that isn't a problem for me. It has lots of room for a mouse and the power cord (and more) in the external pockets. I'm very happy with it and I would recommend it, unless you need a sleeve that fits a small notebook more tightly.

I purchased this sleeve for my Acer AS1410 11.6" notebook. The fit was definitely larger than the notebook itself with a good inch or inch and a half of space along the top edge. This was good and bad however, on one hand there is a bit of room for the notebook to move around but on the other it provides a convenient place to quickly grab the sleeve, not a huge issue either way for me.
The extra pockets are very helpful, I put my extra USB cables for phone tethering and other various gadgets (Zune HD, phone, etc.) in the pockets and there is more than enough room for everything.
Overall good product, recommended buy!

This case around my Acer 1410 ,6 cell battery, 11.6 display leaves 1 to 1.5 inches of play around the bottom and the top.
Do not believe the IT guy or the starving student reviews for I'm sorry I believed them and ordered one . Do belive A. callachi's review for this case is obviously too big and too loose for this 11.6 laptop. LUCKLY I HAD 1.5 " foam laying around and can still use the case of now.

I bought this for my 10" netbook because I wanted it to have a little extra room so it wouldn't be difficult to put things in that pocket and also so it would be easy to put in and remove the computer. Works well for that purpose and has a nice appearance.
