This product is so worth buying for your mac book. It fits a little tight but worth saving over $20.

This case is crap. I looked at it at the store and it looks like it'll provide as much protection as an inter office envelope provides. Everything from Belkin sucks. Trust me on this one. Remember that and you'll save a lot of money.

This thing sucks! Not sure why Amazon won't let me give it zero stars because that's what this thing deserves. I'm only giving it one because it won't let me give it less.
I have a brand new MacBook Air and wanted a sleeve I could throw into my messenger bag and leave there. The idea was that I would leave the sleeve in the bag and just slip my Air in and out when needed. Nice idea. Well, this damn thing actually damaged my MBA! The padding for the zippers isn't sufficient and I've now got scratches on both sides of my computer about one inch from the from the clam shell opening. The zipper goes all the way down to the bottom on one side and on the other side it stops about 1 inch from the top. Well, this is exactly where the scratches now are. I slide it in in both directions and thus I have scratches on both sides.
My opinion? Boycott this company. For some strange reason they actually have an established brand yet everything I've ever bought from them sucked. I while back I purchased a Belkin FM transmitter for my iPod and car stereo and it never worked in my area. Living in a major metropolitan area just about every spot on the dial has some signal and apparently they're all too strong for the Belkin device to override them. I hate Belkin!!!

Nice tight fit, though a bit looser at the bottom than it needs to be. Smells really bad at first. I had to put it outside. After a few weeks the smell is much less, but still noticeable.
